The `Firework` singer`s massive boobs hurt her back when she was a teenager and she considered having them made smaller, but as she has gotten older she has learnt to love her heaving bosoms.

She told America`s Harper?` Bazaar magazine: "I had really bad back problems and was a little bit thicker. Then I grew up and lost the baby fat and said, `Hey, this isn`t all that bad.` "

The 26-year-old brunette beauty also praised new husband Russell Brand - who has battled drug addictions and was previously famed for his womanising ways - as a "great man of God" who is great parent material.

She added: "I always knew I wanted a great man of God, someone who was going to be an inspiration for people and also be a lovely husband and father. We`re at different places in our lives, but we can still grow together. He`s thought-provoking, articulate, a real advocate. I also definitely wanted to have a laugh. I have all that in him."

Meanwhile, it has been claimed that many of Katy and Russell`s 70 wedding guests fell ill after the ceremony in India because of the extreme changes in temperature they experienced.

A source said: "The only bummer to the wedding is that it was so hot in India and they had all the tents air conditioned, so a lot of people got sick from going in and out of the heat and cold."

In addition to the sick guests, one of the animals involved in the wedding procession also caused health concerns after it emerged the elephant Russell rode on suffers from panic attacks when separated from its family.
