65m year continuing sex Indian scientists have found two petrified "beings" which had sexual intercourse 65 million years ago.

October issue of a magazine Current Science in India reports. Press Trust of India agency notes that it was the first time when fossil remains were found in coitus process. But these organisms are so small that it is possible to see them only using microscope.

Petrifaction are tiny zoospores which were a evolution stage of myxomycetes fungus, also known as slimy fungus. These spores were reproduced by such "confluence", - a scientist from institute of paleobotany. Scientists arrived at a conclusion that two zoospores "were making sex".
