It became known yesterday that in following 2-3 weeks the plenipotentiary of president in Volga region can be exchanged.

The head of Ministry of Interior Affairs Rashid Nurgaleev has all chances to become a successor of Sergey Kirienko. In political scientists` opinion this decision is quite natural talking into consideration that Sergey Kirienko has done everything he could and even "sat up late" in this position.

Official representatives don`t admit this fact. By words of Kirienko?s press-service rumors that Nurgaleev could take position of Volga region plenipotentiary and then became president of Tatarstan appeared long time ago.

Nevertheless, political scientists don?t consider this variant unbelievable. Also there is no information what position Kirienko will take in case of discharge.
