The couple - who married in a ceremony on a tiger reserve in India in October 2010 - have sold their $3.395 million mansion in Los Feliz, California, and are now moving into a new Spanish-style home which belonged to Daniel Laikin, the former chief executive of `National Lampoon`, according to RadarOnline.com.

The house sits on three acres of land and has nine bathrooms, seven bedrooms and an in-house cinema as well as an external guest house.

It was also used for one season of TV series `The Bachelor`.

The couple only lived in their first home sporadically for two years, and despite putting the four-bedroom, three car-garage home up for sale, made sure they took some of their favourite features with them, including a 25ft `love tepee` which British comedian Russell had installed for him and his wife and a pink vintage refrigerator.

Katy, 26, is currently apart from her 35-year-old husband while she is on her `California Dreams` world tour and he is filming his role in musical `Rock of Ages`.
