The `Jersey Shore` star - whose two-month engagement to David Kovacs ended days after she announced her pregnancy in April - blames stress from intrusion into her personal life for the tragic news.

She told US TV talk show `Father Albert`: "Everyone in the tabloids and media weren`t really leaving me alone about it. Basically I wanted it to be my personal business and I really wasn`t.
"It was really hard and I went through a lot of stress and I ended up losing the baby."

The 22-year-old star also revealed her former fiance - who ended their engagement after accusing Angelina of cheating on him - was not the father of her unborn child, but declined to say who really was.

She said: "Honestly, it was just a guy I was with. He wasn`t even there for me ? he was tormenting me ? and it was definitely a big reason why I think what happened to me, happened to me. It was definitely a reality check."

Angelina has previously dated her former co-stars Mike `The Situation` Sorrentino and Vinny Guadagnino.

Since leaving `Jersey Shore` she recorded single `I`m Hot` - which instantly reached the top ten on radio charts despite not being officially released and being panned by critics - and has competed in TNA Wrestling.
