The Girls Aloud singer celebrated the milestone birthday on November 20, and while many people may not like hitting the age, she admits having a great past decade has kept her balanced.

She said: "It`s been easy for me to accept turning 30 as the last 10 years have been amazing - I can`t exactly complain.

"I`m in a good place in my life in a lot of ways, so there`s no reason to be freaked out. I`m really happy and that`s the most important thing."

Discussing the perks of the last 10 years, Kimberley admits winning a Brit award with her Girls Aloud bandmates was among the highlights.

She told Britain`s OK! magazine: "The highlights? All of our tours, as we put so much into them and they just got bigger, and winning a BRIT award was amazing.

"And, I guess the fact that we`re still around 10 years on - if you`d asked me in the beginning, I would have never dreamt that."
