Byelorussia will completely pay its debts for Russian gas in 2006. This was announced on October 5 during session of Byelorussian energetic and ecological congress by first vice-premier Vladimir Semashko. By his words there are no barriers for Byelorussia to pay real money for consumable gas in real-time operation mode. It is unlikely that there will be energy reckonings.
