Second John Travolta accuser withdraws from case The unnamed man - named only as John Doe #2 - has parted ways with lawyer Okorie Okorocha but may still pursue his case against the actor having hired a new attorney, Gloria Allred.

Ms. Allred told CNN: "We believe that the lawsuit should be filed in another court and, therefore, the lawsuit that was on file was dismissed without prejudice.

"We will be conferring with our client regarding what will happen next in this case."

The move after the first accuser, known only as John Doe #1, hired the same lawyer yesterday (16.05.12) after being dropped by Mr. Okorocha and subsequently applying to have his case against the `Pulp Fiction` star dismissed on Tuesday (16.05.12).

After hiring Ms. Allred, the famed civil rights lawyer admitted the first masseur may continue his case against Travolta.

Ms. Allred said: "I represent John Doe Number One. Mr. Doe`s lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice which means that he is still legally entitled to file another lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses. We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take. Our client and our firm has no further comment at this time."

The man - who claimed Travolta had behaved inappropriately during a massage on January 16 in Los Angeles - was dropped by his lawyer, after the actor`s attorney Marty Singer provided evidence that suggested the `Pulp Fiction` star was in New York at the time of the alleged incident. The masseur later claimed to have gotten his dates confused.

Mr. Singer has vehemently denied the allegations against his client.
