Large council of Yenisei Cossack army atamans took place in Krasnoyarsk. At so-called "narrow circle" atamans from 13 districts of region elected their "father". For 7th year Vyacheslav Krivonogov was elected. He is a commander of 1500 Cossacks. At the same council Cossacks from Irkutsk region under leadership of own ataman joined public organization "United Yenisei Cossack army".
