Russia proposed to introduce hourly pay In Russia it is proposed to use the minimum hourly wage. The relevant bill was submitted for consideration of state Duma deputies from the faction of the liberal democratic party, told on the website of DG.

It is expected that the small volume of hourly wage will be set at 100 rubles. To use it, the authors of the bill suggest to 1 January 2015. As described by the RIA Novosti news Agency, for the implementation of the bill of the budget in 2015 requires funding in the amount of 230-250 billion roubles.

The bill inter alia take into account that the hourly wage will not be used for payments of benefits for temporary incapacity, maternity and other. This will as before be applied minimum wage (SMIC).

The minimum wage from 1 January of the current year is 5,554 thousand rubles.. Subsistence minimum in the Russian Federation by results of the third quarter of 2013 was 7,429 thousand rubles (for the working-age population - more than 8 thousand rubles). With all this, the final drawing on the services of deputies on hourly wages, minimum monthly payment of working Russians will be about 16-17 thousand rubles..

The framers of the bill believe that the proposed changes to the legislation will stimulate public sphere and increase of the standard of living of inhabitants of Russia. As has shown the analysis of statistics, the average level of pay received by employees in different subjects of the Russian Federation may differ by several times.

As explained in the report on the parliamentary web site, according to experts of the International labour office of the minimum hourly wage level should be not below 3 dollars an hour. With all this in European countries this figure is significantly higher: for example, in Germany, Spain, Slovenia, Croatia hourly wage is from 5 to 18.7 euros.
