Federalnaya tax service is going to take people to sumanasekera property taxes, informs "Kommersant". Taxpayers will be obliged without the help of others to inform the Inspectorate to present them apartments, cars and land plots.

New order, according to the plan of the FTS, is obliged to earn from 2015. Currently residents of pre-notified on the necessity to pay tax, and if it is not transferred into the hands of, in fact, are exempt from payment.

The initiative of the Federal tax service has supported the Ministry of Finance, where the service has already sent its own proposals on the introduction of new standards. According to the project, the notification will be sent to taxpayers before July. Then they up to the end of the year will have the right to apply to the tax themselves without penalty.

FTS suggests therefore to engage in tax turnover of unaccounted property. According to the statement of the heads of departments Michael Mishustin, this will ensure the growth of earnings of municipalities which have the property nalogam, at the moment when calculating payments applicable registration authorities, which tax officials are sometimes believed reliable.

Another argument in favor of fresh standards is increasing the value of civil consciousness, associated with the fact that taxes will be charged with direct participation of the citizen, and not a machine. At this point, this may require the establishment of the Institute of tax consultants, as residents of Russia in the main part to declare its own profit and property are not accustomed.
