Gifts, according to the document, are the things purchased by public officials in connection with their official position. With all of this, flowers, decorations, stationery and accessories, provided in the framework of the official events under the definition of a gift does not fall.

The official will have to report the gift by filling out a notification via special form. File a notice civil servant shall within 3 days from the receipt of the gift or not later than 3 days upon return from the trip where he was handed in.

Further, the authorized employees of state organizations will assess the present. In case if gift is not higher than previously set a limit of 3 thousand rubles, the official will get it back.

More expensive gifts civil servants will be able want to buy, by submitting the appropriate approval not later than 2 months from the date of delivery. In case if civil servant did not want to buy a gift, he remains in control of the country, which, moreover, can put it up for sale.

The plan of the government order stipulating the deadlines for notification acquired by civil servants gifts, delivery and evaluation, for the first time was presented for consideration in early March 2013.
