These regulations were included to Ethic code of delegate, approved by Moscow city Duma. Code was approved during session on November 23, 2005.

Document states that in case of act, "which disgraces honor and dignity of delegate and undermines Duma`s authority", ethic committee has right to inform mass media and electors about unworthy behavior of delegate.

Code also prescribes "not to put performance of delegate duties in dependence from personal interest" and not to make deeds, "which distort image of political organs". Delegates are suggested not to use their authority "In interest of certain social groups".
