3 servicemen of Russian army at Transcaucasia are sentenced to 3 months of imprisonment before trial by Georgian court for illegal crossing of Georgian border.

Commander of group intends to appeal against verdict, "because considers that there were no serous violations and servicemen performed a service task on delivery of belongings".

It was informed that "KamAZ" with 3 servicemen, who returned from Rostov-na-Donu to Batumi, were detained by Georgian law machinery officials the day before.

The deputy of Russian military group commander Vladimir Kuparadze commented situation. By his words, "all documents of Russian servicemen were legal".
"As far as I know, load was civic, they transported belongings", - added Kuparadze.
