Diet - killer of organism Examination of large group of people at the age from 20 to 60 years revealed that 46% had excess weight, 22% of them - obesity of I-II level.

The cause of that lies in peculiarities of our nutrition and not mobile way of life. Fat, from its side, can lead to high arterial pressure, violation of fat metabolism, insular diabetes.

According to investigations 40% of men, who have various sexual problems, such as low or no erection, rapid ejaculation, have excess mass of body.

Several words about nutrition. Doctors suggest to think about ration of proteins and carbohydrates, to make nutrition separate - no less than 5 times per day. Food must contain plenty of dietary fibers, fresh fruits (without grapes, banana and sweet dried fruits), and vegetables.

High-calorific products must be substituted by low-calorific. For example, beef, pork, mutton should be substituted by chicken, turkey and boiled fish. Instead of milk products one should drink only fat-free milk and yogurt, instead cheese - fat-free cottage cheese. Adipose should be substituted by vegetable fats, sugar and sweets - on its substitutes.
