Russian president Vladimir Putin has named acting system of issue of housing certifications to servicemen "swindle".

"This swindle has to be stopped immediately", - said he on Monday on the First channel which was broadcasting the meeting of the president with members of the government.

Putin demanded prime-minister to talk with State Duma deputies and apportion extra 15 b rubles in 2006 to solve housing problems of servicemen "to make the system of housing certifications to act in real".

Moreover, Putin charged Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economic Development together with State Duma in the middle of 2006 to work over "necessary management decisions for realization of planned providing servicemen with dwelling before the end of year", "Interfax" reported.
