"Rodina" lodges complaint to Supreme Court The leader of "Rodina" Dmitry Rogozin has made a complaint to Russian Supreme Court because Mosgorsud still did not send to party lawyers a copy of the decision about abolition of registration of "Rodina" electoral roll for election to Moscow city Duma. "Rodina?s" press-cutting service made a message and sent it to RIA Novosti on Monday.

According to the document "Rodina" lawyers still did not receive from Mosgorsud a copy of court decision of 26 November, 2005.

"That is why the leader of the party "Rodina" Dmitry Rogozin has lodged a complaint to Russian Supreme Court about Mosgorsud actions. He appreciated actions like an attempt to prevent the realization of party?s right to appeal a decision of Mosgorsud in higher echelon", - press release shows.
