125 Chechen refugees returned form Pankissky canyon to Groznyy 125 Chechen refugees, who lived in Pamkissky canyon in Georgia for several years, arrived to Russia, informed presidential plenipotentiary in Southern federal region Dmitry Kozak.

"Refugees flew on airplanes of Emergency Ministry to Makhachkala and were transported by buses to Groznyy from there. They are settled in prepared temporary houses, 4 people in a room. People are provided with hot food and all vital necessities", - said plenipotentiary.

By Kozak`s words, at present moment problem of refugees in Pankissky canyon is sufficiently solved. "Persons wishing to return home, had opportunity to do so", - he declared.

Director of Emergency Ministry department of international activity Yurii Brazhnikov informed that refugees are mainly families, there are many children. Georgian side created all necessary conditions for organized and safe departure of Chechen refugees from Pankisi.

65 thousands of Chechen and North Osteen refugees are on territory of Ingushetia. The head of Ingushetia declared that his republic has no territorial claims to neighboring Chechnya.
