Today, on 6 June, in Vienna ended the second this year, a round of consultations on the Moldovan-Transnistrian settlement in the 5 2 " (Moldova, Transnistria is conflicting sides, Russia, Ukraine - guarantors and mediators, the OSCE, the mediator, the European Union and the USA - observers). As stated by the journalist of the news Agency in the press-service of the OSCE special representative of the acting head of the OSCE on the Moldovan-Transdniestrian settlement, Ambassador radojko Bogojevic expressed the view that the very fact of negotiations is " a positive signal ".
" given the current difficult political circumstances with security in the area, conducting these negotiations with the participation of the various parties sends a positive signal about the potential for reducing tension in Eastern Europe, " said Bogoevic.- It is gratifying that the parties have shown a constructive approach and readiness to continue to work toward resolution of the conflict."
