The price for gas for Ukraine in 385 dollars for one thousand cubic meters taking into account the discounts offered by Russia is absolutely market, said the head of the Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak.

" This is an absolutely market value, which corresponds to the lower limit of the fork on the prices of neighboring countries bordering Ukraine, and this cost, which allows, as well as among them, not to motivate clients to carry out the re-export of gas from Russia, " said Novak.

according to him, this level corresponds to the price specified by the IMF in the program of aid to Ukraine.
