The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that after the entry of changes into the Constitution, as well as the statement of a lasting peace on the settlement of the situation in Donbass must be conducted early local elections.

" It is envisaged that immediately after the adoption of the single plan and the adoption of changes to the Constitution must be held early local elections in the Donetsk and Luhansk so that the community could form their authorized and, thus, giving them a powerful range of features for which they (representatives - as amended) would carry the responsibility, " said Poroshenko, opening the meeting of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine on the first day of the week.
