Monitoring mission of the office of the high Commissioner of the United Nations for human rights (OHCHR) regrets that the Ministry of internal Affairs and security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is not cooperating with the experts of the world organization to investigate the tragic events in Odesa, is reported in the 3rd mission report of OHCHR.
" It is regrettable that the mission informs about the lack of cooperation from the 2 main departments (leading the proceedings - the interior Ministry and SBU) ", - is emphasized in the report for the period from may 7 to June 7 this year, which cites ITAR-TASS." This position, " says the report does not provide the mission of the opportunity to give his own assessment of the progress achieved ". OHCHR stressed that " there are key issues that need to explain to ensure the accuracy of the investigation and the establishment of measures of responsibility ".
