Deputies of the State Duma From " Uniform Russia ", members of the permanent delegation to the OSCE PA Nikolay Kovalev and Ilya Kostunov asked a number of leaders of the Assembly, most importantly, Ranco Krivokapic and Spencer Oliver in connection with the split in the border regions of Ukraine humanitarian catastrophe.

in the letter the deputies noted that now, thousands of immigrants from Eastern regions of Ukraine arrived to the site of the Russian Federation, which makes tremendous efforts for their placement in detention centres and provide all necessary. However, this does not remove the problem, as the number of Ukrainian Residents fleeing from areas of hostilities, increases in a geometrical progression.
On behalf of the Russian delegation in the OSCE PA, the authors of the appeal made an offer to the colleagues in the near future to visit the centers for the placement of immigrants in the Rostov region, where they would in person to verify the scale of what is happening tragedy, to obtain information from the first hands, to objectively evaluate the efforts of the Russian Federation taken by it to ease the plight of people who became victims of the civil conflict in Ukraine.
