In the interview to the mass-media the minister emphasized it to be the lowes rate of inflation during the last 15 years. Kudrin believes the budget surplus to be over a trillion rubles, it?s even more than it has been supposed.

According to Kudrin?s forecast, the price of oil is to be about $50 per barrel, the average dollar rate to be about 28,5 rubles per 1 dollar.
