It is still chilly in apartments of majority of Kiev citizens.

Despite of Ukrainian premier-minister`s decree to provide apartment sector of Kiev with heat in full amounts, power engineering specialists don`t hurry to increase the heat supply.

"Kievenergo" didn`t resume heat supply in full volume in several districts of the town. In apartments of Kiev citizens the temperature is less than 18 degrees above zero. Additional heating devices save people from cold. The situation with hot water supply is not better - tap water is hardly warm.

Press-service of "Kievenergo" refused to comment statements of Ukrainian TV channel. They announced that "power engineering specialists keep sanitary standards on heat supply of population".

During recent gas conflict between Moscow and Kiev Ukrainian government has introduced strict measures of gas economy, including the municipal services. But after signing of Russian-Ukrainian treaty on January 4, Ukrainian premier-minister Yurii Ekhanurov revoked these limitations.
