Vladimir Putin has arrived to "Ak Orda" palace in Astana, where inauguration ceremony of elected Kazakhstan president Nursultan Nazarbaev takes place.

Nazarbaev`s ceremony of assumption of office takes place in presence of about 800 guests.

It is expected that after inauguration Vladimir Putin will meet with Ukrainian president Victor Yushenko. By message of Ukrainian presidential press-service, Yushenko intends to discuss issues of gas transportation with Russian president. In particular, he plans to suggest series of initiatives of gas pipeline construction on Ukrainian territory for increase of gas transit volumes.
