Dialogues of Ministers of foreign Affairs of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine were launched on Wednesday in Berlin.
Before the meeting the head of the foreign Ministry held a joint photographing, RIA " Novosti ". As said before in Russian the Ministry, during the meeting of Sergey Lavrov with colleagues " will be made the next attempt to stop the bloodshed in Ukraine ".
