Dushanbe Office of Public Prosecutor detained Sadullo Yatimov - director of burnt in Tajikistan children`s home "Choborg", where 13 children died.

"Yatimov was detained by sanction of Dushanbe Office of Prosecutor. He is incriminated according to article 192 of Tajik Criminal Code - violation of fire safety rules, which by carelessness have led to human death and other serious consequences, and article 322 - "negligence", - informed investigator of the case Nasrullo Karimov.

At night of January 7, 13 children died and 2 children got moderate burns and traumas as a result of fire in "Choborg", situated in center of Tajikistan capital. Another 77 children-invalids were evacuated.
