The Ukrainian capital can remain without hot water, if the Company " Kyivenergo " not repay debts to Naftogaz of Ukraine for the first consumed gas, said the head of " Naftogaz " Andrey Kobelev.

Kyivenergo joint - stock power company providing electricity and hot water to end-customers in Kiev, 72, 39% of its shares belongs to Donbass fuel-energy organization, the founder of which is the oligarch Rinat Akhmetov.
