According to schedule 13-th crew of International Space Station should depart to working place on March 22.

But representative of Roscosmos announced that "Souz" spacecraft will be launched from Baikonur cosmodrome later - on March 30. The causes of delay are "various", no details are informed.

Russian cosmonaut Pavel Vinogradov (captain of the crew) and NASA astronaut Jeffrey Williams should depart to ISS by this ship. First Brazil astronaut Marcos Pontes will fly to the Station with a short-term visit. His expedition is carried out according to commercial agreement between Roscosmos and Brazil space agency. Brazil astronaut will return to Earth with current ISS crew Bill McArthur and Valery Tokarev.
