Premier-minister Mikhail Fradkov enlarged government by means of regions. 2 innovations made current session of ministry particular.

Fradkov has announced: "now we will discuss organisation of enlarged government work".

He explained that from now on the government will listen to reports of ministers about done work and messages of governors about social-economic development of regions. This is a new policy of the government. In Fradkov`s opinion, this step will reveal systematic work of federal and regional organs of executive power.

The premier-minister emphasized that medium-term program has been accepted on federal level. By Fradkov`s words 6 ministers and 6 governors will give reports during sessions of the government.
