Aksai-Gudermes-Grozny gas pipeline accident has left several Chechnya districts and north part of Grozny without gas, informed a source in the Republic law machinery.

"Leakage in Aksai-Gudermes-Grozny gas pipeline was discovered at about 8 p.m. on Thursday about 1,5 km from Gudermes", said the source.

"Emergency services, arrived to the scene, have detected a damage. Gas supply has been cut off and at present time north part of Chechnya capital Grozny and settlements Khankala, Shalinsky and Kurcholoysky districts and Argun town are left without gas", said the source.
