Putin awarded representative of main YUKOS holdings owner President of RF Vladimir Putin awarded the first vice-president of "Rosneft" Nikolai Borisenko with the order "For Services in the face of Motherland" of the second degree for contribution on development of oil and gas industry and many years conscientious work.
Decree about the award was signed at 20th of September, "Izvestia" newspaper informed with the reference to the press service of the company.

Nikolai Borisenko is the chair of "Yuganskneftegaz" councils as the representative of "Baikalfinansgrup ltd" - the main stock holder of the YuNG company.

We should remind that BFG bought the main holding of the YuNG at the renowned auction of 19th of December 2004. Borisenko was the chair of the Council. And in several days it became known that BFG was bought by the governmental "Rosneft". It came to the light later that 100% stocks of the owner of YuNG costed government 10 thousand Russian rubles. 76,79% of stocks of the main extractive company of YUKOS became state privacy as the result.
Present 49-year old the first vice-president of "Rosneft" has long career biography. Site of the company informs that Nikolai Borisenko ended Siberian metallurgical institute and got a specialization of engineer-metallurgist in 1980. He passed through the way from master to director of scientific-industrial association "Novintech" and further to the post of substitutive of general dicertor of oil company "Rosneft-Sahalinmorneftegaz". In 1998 he was appointed the first vice-president of OJSC "Oil company "Rosneft". In May of the current year Nikolai Borisenko joined director council of "Rosneftegaz", company which government gave 100% of stocks of "Rosneft" to.
