Swiss Roger Federer became 2-times winner of Australian Open tennis championship.

On Sunday in key match of the tournament Federer defeated the sensation of male single tournament Cypriote Marcos Baghdatis.

Cypriote tennis-player won first set - 7:5. At the beginning of second set Marcos led again but couldn`t keep the advantage - 5:7.

After that the game was to one gate. Cypriote sportsman lost third set without scoring a point - 0:6. During 4-th set Baghdatis got cramps and the question of winner was almost solved.

Roger Federer won Australian Open with final score 5:7, 7:5, 6:0, 6:2.

This is the second title of Swiss tennis player on court of Melbourne-park. He also won Wimbledon tournaments for 3 times (2003-2005) and became winner of US Open twice.
