The Ministry of culture of Russia has placed the announcement on a tender for rendering services in the development of National electronic library (SEL). Financial provision of the state order - 133 million rubles, the application is hosted on the portal of the public procurement.

in the terms of reference of the state contract stipulates that the perpetrator must create the state information system of the SEL, which will be the single point of access for Russian and foreign Citizens to electronic Fund of library documents,

including funds of public libraries of the Federal, regional and municipal levels, libraries, scientific and educational institutions, as well as other rights holders.

The system, which will be required to engage the developer will provide free access to the SEL all categories of users, from scientists to ordinary people - that is should be simple and intuitive to use.

Applications for participation in tender are accepted till July, 16, the results of the contest scheduled for July 18. Service must be provided to 25 December 2014.

recall that before for SEL already allocated 50 million roubles on development, and after another 129 million for the digitization of 10% to be issued by Russian book titles.
