Zam. the head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Koshulinsky said that the Parliament will not be convened for an extraordinary plenary meeting for adoption of the resignation of Arseniy Yatsenyuk from the post of the Prime Minister of the country.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk at the meeting of Verkhovna Rada on Thursday said about his resignation in connection with the collapse of the coalition in the Parliament and blocking Rada government initiatives. Legally, the dismissal of the Prime Minister is obliged to approve the Parliament. On the Internet representation of the Cabinet of Ministers was published the order, according to which the acting Prime Minister appointed Volodymyr Groysman.

" I think that this question (of convening extraordinary meetings as amended) will not be considered. As is known, the extraordinary meeting is convened or the head (Parliament), or 150 people's deputies. Currently, I see no such desire of 150 people's deputies ", - quotes Korolevskogo Ukrainian Agency UNIAN.

according to the Agency, the convening of the extraordinary session is a defined procedure that requires subscription lists, signatures of people's deputies. This procedure is started as long as was not.

Koshulinsky does not consider that the order of the government on appointment of Groisman to the post of acting Prime Minister " has legal force."

" I do not see, neither in the Constitution nor in the law on the Cabinet of Ministers a position, which would provide for the appointment of the acting head of the Cabinet of Ministers. Until then, Until not accepted the resignation of Yatsenyuk, it is placed in the position of Prime Minister ", - he explained.
