The Iraqi government announced about the arrest warrant of the ex-minister of Defense Hazem Shaalan and other 27 members of the ex-government.

All of them are accused of stealing of 1mlrd dollars. This money was intended for the National Army.

At the present time most of the accused are out of Iraq. Shaalan is in Jordan now. He moved there after the allegation of the new government.

Besides the ex-minister of Defense other members of the ex-government are accused of corruption such as the ministers of transport, energy, house-building.

At the present time Shaalan has immunity of a deputy. On Monday the Parliament of Iraq decided to deprive the ex-minister of his rights. The deputies agreed to this decision but the quorum wasn?t mastered.

American mass-media emphasizes the fact that the ex-minister stole money from the Department of Defense during the fights against the terrorist groups. Iraqi soldiers and American soldiers still fight against the extremist groups. On Monday one American soldier and some Iraqi policemen were killed.

The total number of the dead American soldiers in Iraq is 1954.
