22 and 23 July in Milan in preparation for the world exhibition "EXPO 2015" was held official meeting of the General commissioners of the countries participating in which were workshops and bilateral meetings, devoted to individual exhibition spaces, participants "EXPO 2015".

At the world exhibition "EXPO 2015", more than 140 countries will present their pavilions, the creation of which they can Express their vision of the main concept of the Exhibition Is "Feeding the planet, energy for life".

The main issues of the meeting were the construction of the exhibition complex and the development program for the key events of the Exhibition.

The Russian delegation at the seminar was headed by the Deputy Minister of industry and trade Georgy Kalamanov, who is the General Commissioner of the Russian section at "EXPO 2015".

According to Mr. Giuseppe Fat, General Commissioner of the Italian government on the issues of "EXPO 2015", preparatory work is underway in compliance with the declared standards and will be completed on time. At the moment, more than 20 participating countries started to erect their pavilions on the exhibition grounds.

At "EXPO 2015" Russia plans to present its exposition under the slogan "Russian field. We grow up in peace. Cultivated in the name of the future". The basis of participation of the Russian Federation was the idea of food security as the key to a healthy future of our planet. During the construction of the pavilion on the area of 4170 square meters will be used solely environmentally-friendly technologies and natural materials for maintenance of a uniform concept of the Exhibition. In the work of the Russian section at "EXPO 2015" have already confirmed their participation largest domestic companies and organizations.

Expositions and various cultural events in the framework of the world universal exhibition EXPO-2015", which will take place in Milan from 1 may to 31 October 2015, will attract more than 20 million visitors from around the world.
