Vice Premier of Ukraine Alexander Owl said about the intention to introduce quotas on the books of the Russian manufacture, informs.

according to him, almost 80 % of the books come to Ukraine from Russia. The quota will depending on how many % of the market will make Ukrainian the book. This measure will help to protect them from an excess of import of similar products from the Russian Federation.

Owl added that the quotas will affect not only the Russian books, but " imported books in General." According to him, Ukraine is forced to act as " information dump, which is reset " third-rate " products and " special product "aimed at destabilization of the situation in the region.
