NATO will lose in the war with Russia Defense Committee under the Cabinet of Ministers of England has prepared a report, which shows that NATO is not ready for a possible attack from Russia. Officials insist on carrying out radical reforms in the Alliance.

Recent actions in the Crimea and Eastern Ukraine should be a wakeup call for NATO and England, the report said. The Alliance is very poorly prepared for the threat that, taking into account opinion of politicians, comes from the Russian Federation, and will not be able to take concerted actions to deter attacks.

The report says poor NATO's ability to forerun the likely danger and to give adequate warning of a possible attack, as well as the unavailability of a single political will of the favorites of the member States of the Alliance, which would have been allowed to take concerted actions to deter attacks.

According to the statement of the Chairman of the Committee, member of Parliament Rory Stewart, the danger of attack by the Russian Federation is not too great, however there is the danger of cyber attacks, information warfare, support militias and application of irregular troops. Stewart notes and the vulnerability of member States of the Alliance in the Baltic States, which, according to him, can lead to harsh results. In consequence of this political figures offered NATO to implement radical reforms in order to be able to foresee, to conceive and to pay attention to possible danger.

Among the measures, which insist English civil servants - the establishment of a permanent stay of NATO troops in the Baltic States, joint large-scale military exercises with participation of the military and political favorites, also the improvement of existing forces of rapid response.

An earlier edition of Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung, citing the response of the Cabinet of Ministers at the request of the faction "Alliance ' 90/the greens", told about the fact that German authorities are opposed to the expansion of military presence of NATO on the ground Eastern European members. Peace in Europe can be achieved only in cooperation with Russia, assured the German politicians. "The government and puts forth its own goal of the partnership with Russia", - was declared by the Cabinet of Ministers.

At the same time, the increased NATO presence in Eastern Europe insists Secretary General of the Alliance Anders Fogh Rasmussen, Poland and powers of the Baltic States. And the position of Germany in this issue further deteriorates the incident within the Alliance on the eve of the NATO summit scheduled for early September.
