The car, in which Olympic Champion Eugeny Plushenko was going to the airport of Torino, got into a road incident.

"Fortunately, nobody was hurt, the car was done little mechanical damage", said President of St.Peterburg Federation of Figure Skating Oleg Nilov.

According to him, such incidents often happen on the roads. "The car just scratched something, that`s all. This incident posed no danger to passangers", explained Nilov.
At present, Plushenko and his friends are waiting for their flight at the airport. The flight is delayed because of fog.

Russian athletes ar у supposed to return home on Friday, in case of favourable weather condition.
