Detained "for violation of navigation rules" near Batumi 2 days ago Russian tanker "Rabiks-4" has arrived to Poti port escorted by several representatives of Georgian coastguard service.

By tentative information, "Georgian side allowed the tanker to arrive to Poti port from Batumi for oil products loading so the crew of 13 Russian citizens would not lose time and continue the trip after fine payment". On February 20 owners of tanker will transfer $27 thousands as a fine for violation.

"Rabiks-4" is the third Russian ship detained by Georgian frontiers for analogous violations in Batumi area during recent years.
