Founder of radical group "Red Army" obtained 20 years Tokyo law court, after examining on Thursday the case on the charge of the leader and founder of radical group "Red Army" 60 years old Fusako Shigenobu, sentenced her to 20 years of prisoning. She is charged in the attempted murder and the seizure of hostages during the attack on the French embassy in the Hague in 1974.

Shigenobu was arrested in the territory of Japan in November 2000 after she was hiding from the justice for 25 years in the countries of the Near East. In the course of consequence she confessed to be guilty only of the illegal entrance into Japan with the false documents, but rejected the charge in preparation and conducting of terrorist acts.

Representatives of the "Red Army", motto of which was Trotsky`s slogan about the "permanent revolution", are charged also with the case that in 1972 in the airport of Tel Aviv they opened shooting from the automatic weapons and bespattered the group of pilgrims by grenades, as a result of which 24 people perished.
