Commissar of European Council on human rights Alvaro Hil-Robles has arrived to Chechnya this Saturday.

This is his last trip to Chechen republic before transfer of authority to new commissar on human rights Tomas Hammerberg on April 1.

As press-secretary of Chechen president Saidmagomed Isaraev has reported, Hil-Robles and Hammerberg visit "Chernokozovo" colony for prisoners in Naursky district.

Hil-Robles examines conditions of prisoner`s maintenance, meets with prisoners. On Saturday Hil-Robles will also meet with students and lecturers of Chechen State University, speak at the meeting with deputies of Chechen parliament. Conversation with Chechen president Alu Alkhanov is also planned.
