Nazarbayev and Lukashenko discussed the possible meeting of the Troika and Ukraine
The head of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and leader of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko discussed by telephone the situation in Ukraine and possible holding of the meetings of the Plenipotentiaries of the Eurasian countries of the Troika (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan) and Kiev.

As informs the press-service Nazarbayev, during the meeting held on the first day of the week of the talks, the leaders of two countries also discussed the issues of the Kazakh-Belarusian cooperation.

besides, they exchanged opinions on development of the Eurasian economic Union, and among them on the issues of ratification of the EAEC Treaty and accession by Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.

" the head of 2 countries also discussed the situation in Ukraine and possible holding of the meetings of the Eurasian " Troika " and Ukraine ", - is informed in the report.

Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan signed on 29 may in Astana the Treaty On the Eurasian economic Union, it will be effective from 1 January 2015. On intention to connect to the Eurasian integration already told Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. It is assumed that Bishkek will become a member of the Association after Yerevan, which is more advanced in the area of economic integration with the countries-participants of the Customs Union. At the end of may, the Kyrgyz leader Almazbek Atambayev expressed the hope that it will happen before the end of 2014.
