Delegation of Palestinian leading movement HAMAS arrives to Moscow on March 3. The purpose of the visit is consultation on Middle Asian conflict regulation.

By data of Russian Foreign Agency, the delegation is led by the head of HAMAS Political Bureau Haled Mashaal. This information has not been confirmed yet.

Special representative of Russian minister on Middle Asian situation regulation Alexander Kalugin informed that agenda of negotiations has been determined - first of all it is HAMAS refusal from violence.

"Such issues as armistice observance by HAMAS, willingness to recognize Israel state will be discussed", - noted Kalugin.

The diplomat also noted the problem of previous agreements between Israel and HAMAS observance. In opinion of Kalugin, breaking of these agreements will not contribute to improvement of the Palestinian population well-being, which was promised during election.
