Information about resignation of Sergey Abramov from post of Chechen premier became a surprise for Ramzan Kadyrov.

Kadyrov regrets this decision because Abramov "contributed much for restoration of the republic".

By Kadyrov`s words, he knows Abramov "as decent man and professional" and appreciates personal relationships with him. "Abramov is like a brother for me. I am sure we will be friends no matter the distance between us. He is a welcome guest in my house. We are still one team", - said Kadyrov.

Chechen president Alu Alkhanov announced about Abramov`s resignation on February 28. By his words, resignation letter of premier will be taken into consideration. Alkhanov refused to name new premier of the republic.

In November of last year Abramov had a car accident in near-Moscow. He got numerous traumas and was operated in Central Clinical hospital. Abramov underwent rehabilitation course in Germany.

In mid-February Abramov has announced about improvement of health state and intention to take up the duties. He called conversations about resignation "as unethical and groundless".

Ramzan Kadyrov is an acting premier-minister of Chechnya since November of last year.
