Ukraine will take Japan $100 million for economic reform
Petro Poroshenko blesed ratification of the Treaty with Japan for a loan of 100 billion yen (almost $ 100 million) to carry out economic reforms, informs news Agency referring to the press service of the President of Ukraine.

Poroshenko signed by the Verkhovna Rada a draft Law " On ratification of the agreement (in the form of an exchange of notes between the government of Ukraine and government of Japan in respect of the loan agreement for a loan on the policy development for the implementation of economic reforms between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Japanese Agency for international cooperation ". According to the law, adopted on 12 August, a loan in the amount of up to 10 billion yen (almost $ 100 million) provided by the Japan Agency for international cooperation in the form of co-financing system of the world Bank's First loan for development policy ".

Funds will be used to support policy and institutional reforms in Ukraine through the promotion of efficient management, transparency and accountability in the public sector, simplifying and reducing the cost of doing business, reforming inefficient and inequitable energy subsidies and protection of the poor.

The term of redemption of the loan is 20 years, grace period of 6 years, the interest rate is 0, 95%.
