Iranian delegation has arrived to Moscow to go on the talks on establishing joint enterprise of uranium enrichment on the territory of Russia. the delegation is led by the Head of the Top National Security Council of Iran Ali Laridjani.

During the recent visit of the Russian Federal Agency on Nuclear Energy Sergei Kiriyenko to Teheran the principal agreement to establish a joint enterprise was achieved. According to him, today there is no technical, financial or any other obstacles for realization of Russian proposal to establish such an enterprise.

However, Russian part intends to consider the question of the joint enterprise establishing only in complex with other issues, in particular, Iran`s return to the moratorium, regarding the works on uranium enrichment.
