Transsexuals to compete in Olympic Games International Olympic Committee satisfied claims of people, who underwent surgery on change of sex.

Transsexuals are permitted to participate in Olympic competitions if level of testosterone and muscle bulk correspond to standards of new gender.

Medical director of MOC Patrick Shamash has declared that MOC will not violate human rights and will not let ex-men to participate in Olympiad in female appearance.

Among registered Olympians is mountain bike racer Michele Dumares, who changed gender in 1996 and now meets all requirements of Olympic Committee.
